This concentration is designed to provide the education and skills needed to enter into or seek promotion within careers in government or private or public agencies whose focus is on public service.
Within this program, you focus on Emergency Services Administration by taking courses that are designed to help you acquire a general knowledge of management, organizational and policy issues while advancing your professional communication, computer and quantitative skills. .
To concentrate in Emergency Service Administration, you choose from courses such as: Politics and Organizations, Budgeting, Leadership, and Conflict Management. You also complete 15 units/hours in four areas: ethical reasoning, creative and humanistic inquiry, scientific reasoning and inquiry, social and political foundations, and cultural understanding.
