Current Freeze Report

The Current Freeze report provides information for web courses that are eligible for TA funding support based on the following criteria:

  • Undergraduate courses where enrollment has exceeded 25 students or the institutional cap (such as the cap established for junior writing courses) , whichever is lower.
  • Graduate courses where enrollment has exceeded 20 students
  • Courses which have received a minimum commitment of funds
    • A course that has already received a minimum commitment of funds will be eligible for additional funding if the enrollment given in the Current Freeze report exceeds the Freeze enrollment upon which minimum funding was based
    • The additional amount available will be the difference between the amount committed and the amount given in the Current Freeze Report .

A request is not necessary in order to receive funding based solely on the current semester's Freeze enrollment or to confirm additional funding for those who have already received a minimum commitment of funds. Please see the TA Funding Incentive Policy Overview (Effective Fall 2004) or the full TA Funding Incentive Policy (Effective Fall 2004 -- In PDF Format) for information on hiring a TA, reimbursement of TA expenses, and payment of TA management stipends.
