The petition, documentation, and appropriate fees must be submitted to the appropriate Extended Campuses office as soon as possible for the review process.
NOTE: Student requests to withdraw from a class or to request a withdrawal from all classes after grades have been posted for that session/term must be sent to the Academic Standards Committee or the University Graduate Committee for undergraduate and graduate students respectively.
