Schedule an Appointment

Welcome to your Online Scheduling Tool, an easy and convenient way to schedule the time you need with your academic advisor.

1. First, create your profile. We want you to be more than just a name on a screen. Upload a picture and enter your contact information. This is the first simple step toward building a successful relationship with your advisor.

2. Don’t forget to check your time zone! If you live outside of Arizona like many NAU Extended Campuses students, don’t forget to set your profile to your time zone. This way, when you schedule your appointment, appointments will be displayed according to your time – no calculating required!

3. Now you’re ready to schedule an appointment! Weekend appointments may be available – make sure your calendar setting is set to 7-day view. Simply click on an available time, enter your information – including the phone number - and submit. Your advisor will call you. Remember to provide as much detail as possible to make the most out of your appointment.

You will receive a notification and reminder email, based upon your profile preferences.

What’s the most important thing to remember? Be at your computer at the time of your appointment. Your advisor will share documents with you via your email and help you navigate through NAU websites. Play it safe – you will not be advised if you are driving during your appointment time.
