You will develop decision-making and leadership skills within the field of law enforcement. At the same time, you'll learn skills for effective interpersonal communication, administrative decision-making, and personnel management. You will graduate able to understand the structure, organization, function, policies, and practices of the criminal justice system. You will also understand the policy implications of crime and develop your research skills.
