If you have an associate's degree from community college and are seeking to enter into or be promoted in careers in government, private, or public agencies that focus on public service, administration, and management, we can provide the education and skills to get you there.
You will focus on Public Administration including budgeting, planning, and organizational issues in public agencies. You'll choose courses that are designed to help you acquire a general knowledge of management, organizational, and policy issues while advancing your professional communication, computer, and quantitative skills. You will be offered courses in discretion and decision making, environment and society, government budgeting, government budgeting, public agency organizational theory, personnel administration, and conflict resolution.
