The Master of Administration is a 12 streamlined class program consisting of 15 hours of coursework in the area of Administration and a specialized Emphasis area. The capstone experience allows students to individualize the program through analysis of processes, strategies and tactics.
Students pursuing the Leadership Emphasis will develop a comprehensive knowledge of leadership through opportunities to assess personal leadership attributes and develop leadership skills. The leadership emphasis provides students with the ability to lead change, the understanding of various models of problem solving, and the ability to lead in diverse organizations.
Courses include:
- POS 543 Organizational Management - Examines dynamics of modern complex organizations
- ADM 560 Knowledge Based Decision Making - Establishes the context for understanding decision systems and processes
- ADM 645 Leadership Problem Solving - Systematic examination of the problem solving process
