NAU-West Valley at Estrella Mountain Commmunity College serves the entire West Valley offering undergraduate and graduate degrees, certifications, and endorsements in many programs.  Classes are scheduled in evening formats designed for working adults.  Courses may be taken in person at convenient locations throughout the central, southern, and west valley - or - students may utilize Web formats for their classes if they prefer.  For more information please call 623-935-8426 or stop by our office in Komatke Hall on the Estrella Mountain Community College campus (3000 N. Office Hours

Our new West Valley at Estrella Mountain office is open 8-5, Monday through Friday with evening appointments available.   We are located in Komatke Hall in the Administrative area, A118.

Directions

As of September 28, our West Valley Office will be moving to the Estrella Mountain Community College campus, located at 3000 N. Dysart Rd. in Avondale (corner of Thomas Rd. and Dysart) in Komatke Hall.  Parking is available in the south lot off Thomas Road just west of Dysart.  Just enter Komatke Hall and look for the NAU offices in the eastern side of the building.

Enrollment Information

Fall 2009

Fall enrollment is currently underway. Check class availability and enrollment deadlines.

Our first session fall 2009 classes are underway.

Winter 2009

Winter Open Enrollment begins in September and will continue through December 2009.

Spring 2010

Spring 2010 enrollment begins in October and continues throughout the term.


Special tuition rates are available to students who only attend NAU through our Online Campus. Non-resident students living outside of Arizona taking only electronically delivered web or Universityhouse courses are eligible for a special reduced non-resident tuition rate. A small Arizona Student Association and Financial Aid Trust fee will also be charged.

Effective with September 28, 2009, students seeking information about graduate degree programs, certificates and endorsements should contact Michael Werner, Graduate Advisor, at 623-935-8557 at our new location for the NAU- West Valley Office in Komatke Hall on the Estrella Mountain Community College campus at Thomas and Dysart in Avondale for more information.


Two new undergraduate cohorts serving the West Valley are accepting applications for classes beginning Fall 2010.  They are:
1) Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education  and 
2) Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies with an emphasis in Public Agency Service (90/30)
